I am disappointed to leave a slightly negative review, as the treatments themselves are of a very high standard and are delivered with expertise. I am disappointed to leave a slightly negative review, as the treatments themselves are of a very high standard and are delivered with expertise. Alex is knowledgeable, personable, and offers an excellent product.

Unfortunately, issues with organisation and timekeeping significantly detracted from my overall experience. As a busy working single parent, I found it difficult to manage multiple changes and cancellations to scheduled appointments. Of the four treatments I booked, I received three. When I attended the final appointment, Alex did not attend, and my request for a refund was refused.

While the quality of the treatment itself is excellent, the lack of reliability and the resulting disappointment left me feeling unhappy and unwilling to continue with the treatment. Show less »

Alex is an absolute STAR! As someone who is new to aesthetic treatments, almost 50 and also dealing with the results of dramatic weight loss, I didn’t know where to start. Alex has done several different treatments for me including lip filler, microdermabrasion, anti-wrinkle injections, and Lumi Pro. Each treatment has been done in a way to achieve a natural enhancement to my features and skin. She is knowledgeable, gentle and a total perfectionist. Alex is amazing, I’ve seen her now for Microneedling and the Glass facial and I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Alex took time to consult and focussed on areas of concern. Using alternative products that are suited to my skin. She did an amazing job and is really thorough - talking me through exactly what she was doing and products she was using. I had concerns about my wrinkles on my forehead, and had been recommended Alex at Bloom Rejuve by a friend who had seen her about anti wrinkle treatments. As soon as I spoke to Alex she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She explained the whole process to me, and what to expect on the day.
When i arrived, I was nicely surprised to see how private and secluded her clinic was, this made me feel relaxed. I’m very pleased with My results, and couldn’t recommend Alex enough. Show less »
