I can’t recommend Rachel highly enough. From the moment you walk in, she creates such a calm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. She has a really gentle approach, both in the way she works and how she communicates, which makes the whole experience feel relaxed and reassuring.
What I appreciate most is how honest and professional she is. She truly takes her time with every appointment, never rushing, and always making sure you feel comfortable and confident in your choices. She won’t overfill your lips or push treatments if she doesn’t think it’s necessary, which shows how much she genuinely cares about achieving natural, balanced results rather than just doing more for the sake of it.

I’ve been going to Rachel to get my lips done for a few years now. She is super lovely and professional, and always makes me feel at ease. She always makes sure my lips have enough volume without looking overfilled. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at Bell Sorella Aesthetics. Rachel is honestly one of the best practitioners I’ve come across – she really takes the time to listen to what you want and makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in.

I first visited Rachel last year for Botox, something I had been thinking about for so long but was nervous to actually do. She was recommended to me via a good friend so I felt safe to give it a go and I’m so glad I did. She put me at ease straight away with her knowledge and explanation of the process and what’s/how’s of having different areas injected and is hot on not “over doing it” always happy to book a top up in once the injections have settled. I’m very glad I found her, my bank balance not so much as now I’m not sure I can be without her. Show less »

Rachel is so efficient, friendly and calming. She is professional in every sense but makes you feel like you’re catching up with a friend to calm any nerves. She has years of experience and will tailor her aesthetics to suit the client. I’ve had Botox with Rachel a few years now, she is so lovely & so professional; I was really anxious about it to start with & she was so understanding. Then when she went on maternity leave I just waited for her, didn’t want to go anywhere else!
