Absolutely amazing service ,went in to buy some cards for our flowers that we'd had made by another florist, I said I wasn't overly happy with the flowers as weren't what we were expecting for my Father in Laws funeral that day. A big thank you to the lady at Florists Bassett. She could not have been more helpful when I rang to place an order for a flower delivery. I live hundreds of miles away from Southampton but felt reassured that Florists Bassett would not let me down and they didn't. Maggie.

I popped in today in the hope of getting 2 button holes for my sons wedding tomorrow....
They were very helpful showing me flower options and helping me choose....the button holes were ready for collection at 2.30 and are beautiful.....all reafy gir tge big day.....thankyou so much.
