After meeting with Amy for a free skin consultation I returned this week for my first ever bespoke facial! I have long neglected any proper kind of skincare routine and it's left my skin feeling dry and stressed! Amy talked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable from beginning to end. Great aftercare advice too! The difference in my skin was immediate, amazing! I also took away some of Amy's own brand moisturiser which is lovely to use. Amy is fantastic! I’d had trouble with dry, dehydrated skin my entire life until I met Amy. She really takes the time to listen and suggest the best options tailored to me. Especially when I had a big competition coming up.

I met Amy about 6 months ago. Amy is super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and super approachable. I've acne rosacea and with various different treatments, and various different products, we have finally got my skin to a place of calm and health. I have the most sensitive skin but with lots of trial and errors, we have finally found a routine and treatments that work for me. I'm so so delighted! I took on board everything Amy advised, and stuck to the daily skincare regime. Finding out less is actually more was a game changer. Love my treatments I have with Amy. Due to have my third appointment at the end of the month. Had one facial and haven’t looked back since! Amy was so welcoming and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable at all times. My skin was so sore and dry before coming to Amy and has now improved massively. She talked me through and explained in detail what she was doing ok each different part, filled me in on what I should and shouldn’t be using. And catered specifically for my skin needs. I now have an AM & PM skin routine and couldn’t be without it now!
I have tried a few different facials as well as the shoulder/neck massages. Couldn’t ask for better! Highly recommend for service, products, customer care and knowledge.
My go to girl now, magic hands!!!
