Thea did a fabulous job laminating my brows that are naturally quite fair & sparce. I’m really pleased with the result. I have quite sensitive skin & didn’t have any issues with the products used for lamination & tint.
Thea is always very friendly & is definitely a brow expert!

Thank you Lorna for an amazing facial experience. I have never had a non-surgical facial toning and really enjoyed it and was surprised how much fresher my complexion looked. You made me very welcome and comfortable from the start. I’ll be back. Many thanks again.

I needed to have my ears re-pierced because they had sealed up. Explained to the friendly staff member & she checked it was possible to fulfill my request. Zoe was so fantastic with my daughter. This was her first time getting her ears pierced. Everything was explained carefully to myself and my daughter. Zoe was a perfectionist when placing dots on the ears for piercing & helped my daughter feel at ease as she was naturally a little nervous. Zoe is so warm, friendly and welcoming. My daughter and I had a great experience today - from the warm welcome we received when entering the reception, to being treated by a lovely, friendly lady who explained everything clearly and put my daughter totally at ease. Absolutely 110% great service. I have already recommended your ear piercing service to a friend. Thank you so much!

Lorna was lovely from beginning to end. She made sure my daughter felt comfortable and informed. She was v knowledgeable and professional. The ear piercing was quick and accurate. She took the time to explain the placement, procedure and aftercare. We’re very happy :)

Lorna was amazing! I'd never had an intimate wax before and was feeling a bit nervous about it, but she was so easy to talk to and we had a lovely chat while she was waxing me which distracted me and put me completely at ease. I will definitely be coming back to her again next time!
