I cannot recommend this clinic enough!! Despite it being my first visit I was greeted by name and made to feel so welcome. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived at the clinic. The clinic was very clean and hygienic. Sophie took care of us here—she was friendly, calm, kind, and extremely professional and knowledgeable. She explained what could be done for wrinkle and filler treatments. I am extremely satisfied with the procedures performed. She completely understood what I was expecting. Sophie and Clive have been taking care of my face for the last five or so years. Their professionalism, cleanliness and expertise are what make me travel over 100 miles from Bournemouth.
I've had a variety of treatments to date, including SMPU eyebrow correction, Plasma Fibroblast, Russian Volume Lip Filler and my latest treatment was to have a stunning SPMU Lip Blush done by head practitioner Sophie, she always makes me feel so at ease, checks on my pain scale and explains things so well, making me feel completely comfortable and at ease.
The new salon is absolutely stunning, I wish the company all the luck, it is wonderful to see their growth, which is also giving opportunities to others to develop their skills under Sophies educationalal side. Well done, keep doing what you're doing guys
