I answered an email to fill a last minute cancellation appointment for a facial.
I had a response asking which treatment I would like.
I rushed feeding my 98 year old mother and fighting the traffic from Littleborough, but knowing I would have a relaxing time when I got there.
I even rang to say I was I the car park and where abouts is the salon as I couldn't see any signage.
When I arrived I was told that unfortunately they had double booked even though my email was the first to respond to the booking.
Really not happy, totally unprofessional response from Leanne who I could hear over the phone at reception.
I would have understood if I'd had a call back about the double booking and not to make the journey.
Total disregard for customers..... not very nice way to be treated. Show less »

I visited Allure aesthetics today for lip fillers after having them done 6 months ago somewhere else. I am very happy with the results, leanne is so lovely and very gentle when doing the lip fillers. I visited Allure aesthetics today for lip fillers after having them done 6 months ago somewhere else. I am very happy with the results, leanne is so lovely and very gentle when doing the lip fillers.
I will definitely be returning for more treatments that they also offer.
The place is so warm and beautiful also very clean.
I highly recommend visiting this clinic for any treatments they do.
