I was recommended Alison by a friend of mine who has been having botox treatments with Alison for some time now. I was able to book my appointment online, which for a busy mum is absolutely ideal! I filled out a very in-depth questionnaire regarding any previous treatments I had done, as well as full medical history as well.

After booking my appointment, I was sent a very thorough email detailing everything I would need to know ahead of my appointment which was brilliant! A few days before my appointment my son was not well, I reached out to Alison to see if I could reschedule my appointment which I know can sometimes be a pain, but Alison was quick to get back to me to reschedule for the following week which I was very grateful for!

I attended my appointment at the rescheduled time, following the thorough directions and parking requirements which were sent in the booking email. Alison greeted me upon entering her home and took me through to her bespoke built aesthetics cabin which is warm, inviting and comfortable.

We spent some time talking about what it was that I wanted to achieve from this appointment, and Alison was able to talk me through what it was that she would be doing to achieve my desired look. I was shown exactly where the needles would be applied to my face and Alison's knowledge was second to none when explaining this.

Alison was easy to talk to and made me feel extremely comfortable in the salon. After finishing my treatment Alison spoke about the aftercare and how I was to book my 2-3 week review appointment. I was extremely happy with the outcome of my treatment and will not hesitate to continue booking in with Alison every 3 months for my treatments. Show less »

I recently had my first ever treatment with Alison, and I can honestly say the experience was incredible from start to finish. I had no idea where to begin when looking for someone I could truly trust, so I turned to my daughter for advice. She told me that Alison came highly recommended by her friends and that she’d done a thorough look into everything Alison offers. That gave me the confidence to book an appointment.

When I arrived, I was honestly so nervous that I probably seemed a bit all over the place, asking all sorts of random questions. Alison was so kind and patient, she didn’t miss a beat. She answered every question in detail, with confidence and care, and made me feel completely at ease. She even reassured me that feeling anxious before getting Botox is completely normal, which meant a lot.

By the end of the appointment, I felt calm, confident, and excited about the results. Alison’s professionalism and warmth made the entire experience so much better than I ever expected. I couldn’t recommend her more highly! Show less »

I went to Alison for my first ever session of Botox. I was slightly nervous as wasn’t sure what to expect but Alison put my mind to rest very quickly with her expert knowledge and clear explanation of what was going to happen. Alison explained why she would be injecting in the areas she identified and what this would achieve.

Alison’s clinic is at her home but has a very professional, clean and welcoming unit within her garden. You can tell that she is passionate about her work and will never do anymore than is necessary for her clients.

After 3 weeks when everything had settled I was very happy with the results. I returned for a follow up Appointment but no further treatment was required.

Although several friends highly recommended her, I still took a couple of months to look through her page and get a feel for what she was all about, and to say the least, my mum and I weren’t disappointed. My mum joined me at the appointment to have a treatment done herself, and Alison was absolutely fantastic with her. Since it was my mum’s first time having anything done, she had lots of questions, but Alison was so patient, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything in great detail and make us both feel completely at ease.

On the way home, we couldn’t stop talking about how comfortable and easy it was to chat with Alison about everything. Her beautiful cabin is spotless, bright, and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Alison’s honesty, professionalism, and caring approach really shine through in every aspect of her work. My wife has just had eyeliner tattoo treatment with Alison and she was very impressed.
Fist of all, the salon was very clean and bright and Alison was very friendly and welcoming.
At the first session, Alison took a lot of time and care to explain the procedure fully, to talk about how to achieve the best result possible for my wife, and to answer any questions she had. She drew the eyeliner on first so that she could see what it would look like before proceeding. My wife had been wanting to have this treatment for some time but had put it off as she was quite nervous and also worried that it wouldn't suit her, but she said that Alison was able to put her at ease. She came away with clear aftercare instructions, and encouragement from Alison to contact her if she had and problems or questions (which she didn't).
She was pleased with the result on the day, but even more thrilled once the procedure had fully healed and she saw the final result.
At the follow-up session, Alison was again very professional and helpful. My wife was very happy that the eyeliner did suit her and Alison was happy to make the line a little more prominent for her.
My wife thought of something she forgot to ask at the appoinment and messaged Alison who was quick to reply with advice.
All in all she would highly recommend Alison and her services to any prospective customers. Show less »
