I have had a course of Delux hydrafacials (1x every month), along with microneedling and my personal fave - Acufirm😍 Acupuncture is amazing for stress relief and for smoothing out the lines in your skin! I always leave feeling like I am walking on a cloud, it is so therapeutic and Donna genuinely has magic hands lol! I have seen an incredible difference in my skin from the consistency of appointments and the products Donna advised me to buy from clinic… It’s the best my skin has ever been, it seems to have a natural glow now and barely any breakouts. Donna always said to me that these help the skin to heal & repair from the root and I can really see what she means now! Before the procedure Dr Ash asked a few questions and was confident in doing the procedure right away which is nice. He was also clear and direct about the costs of the procedure which I was quite anxious about - the cost was more than originally quoted , though I understood Dr Ash's viewpoint considering the size and the rarity of my diagnosis. I didnt feel a single thing during the whole procedure which was amazing considering the lump I had was huge inside my arm! The whole procedure took maybe 15 minutes. He also provided a script for antibiotics which is diligent. Nadia gave me a small aftercare plan with a pack with special dressings which is good too. I had my very first hydra facial in October with Donna Marie. During our initial consultation Donna Marie took time to explain everything and listened to my concerns. I was absolutely amazed at the depth of knowledge Donna Marie had in relation to skin, gut health and well being. I took Donnas advice and made a few small lifestyle changes in relation to hydration and gut health. I can honestly say it has completely changed me. My only regret is not visiting Donna Marie years ago. I’ve literally spent a fortune on products over the years to try and improve the appearance of my skin yet Donnas knowledge has proven to be life changing for me. I can honestly not thank her enough. I’ve now booked in for a few sessions of micro needling to try and repair the years of damage I have on my skin due to picking and using the wrong products. I’m now looking forward positively, Donnas advice alone is priceless so I know I’m in expert hands when I revisit the Solihull Clinic in the near future. I received a consultation within a week of my enquiry, and the procedure itself was scheduled for the next day. The whole process was very efficient, very reasonably priced, and with no upselling at any point.

The team were fantastic especially Dr Labib, Nadia, and Sasha. They were kind and attentive throughout.

Dr Ash has the gentlest hands absolutely no pain, and I always feel totally looked after. I used to be terrified of needles and now I barely flinch… he’s genuinely cured my fear! I could probably fall asleep during treatment because I feel so safe and relaxed 😂

The results are so natural and subtle and get compliments all the time, but no one ever guesses I’ve had anything done. Just the best. Can’t recommend them enough 💫 Show less »

I had a non-surgical rhinoplasty at Al Aesthetics and was extremely disappointed with both the results and the customer service. After my initial treatment, I wasn’t happy with the outcome, so I was asked to come back for a review appointment. Dr. Ash added more filler, but after waiting another two weeks for the swelling to subside, I still wasn’t satisfied.

When I reached out again, I was made to feel very uncomfortable. Donna, the clinic manager, was unprofessional and dismissive over the phone after i was made to wait a week to speak to her. I was asked to return for a third time, but by this point, I had completely lost confidence in both the doctor and the procedure. I no longer felt comfortable or cared for as a patient.

When I formally complained and requested a refund due to my negative experience, I was told they wouldn’t offer one. Instead, I was left £595 out of pocket with results I’m unhappy with. So if you want to spend your hard-earned money on a disappointing experience and poor customer service, a doctor that was in the news for being suspended for offering a patient a refund to pull their complaint this is the place for you. I found AL Aesthetics through reading reviews such as this, I am very glad that I did.
I had a cyst (diagnosed by Ultrasound) on my arm that the NHS wouldn't remove as unfortunately that is something else that they no longer do, despite the fact that it was growing and becoming more and more noticeable.
I was told by my GP that if I wanted it gone then I would have to go private.
From the moment I arrived at the clinic I was made to feel welcome. It is a very calm and relaxed environment.
I met with Dr Labib who examined the cyst, said that it felt very hard for a cyst and booked me in to remove it a few days later. He explained what he would do and answered any questions that I had. He put me at ease and I felt that I was at the right place.
On the day of the operation Dr Labib again talked me through the process and I also met the nurse Kaz.
Kaz was fabulous through the procedure, chatting away and keeping my mind off what was going on.
The operation was painless, I didn't feel a thing and both Dr Labib and Kaz spent time with me afterwards explaining how the operation went and what was removed.
Dr Labib felt it necessary to get the lump analysed as it wasn't a cyst, and arranged to remove the stitches in a couple of weeks time.
Kaz then spent time with me explaining how to look after the wound and provided everything that I would need to do so.
I returned to have the stitches removed but unfortunately the results weren't available at that time.
I was asked back to the clinic a few days later once the diagnosis was available.
It turned out to be melanoma and not a cyst (I have a history of melanoma going back some 10 years). Dr Labib talked me through the report and we discussed what to do going forward.
Kaz told me that she would get all reports to my GP that day, which she did.
I have felt very supported by Kaz since then, she has been in contact with me since and will continue to do so. She really has gone the extra mile for me for which I am very grateful.
Since the diagnosis I have been examined at the Solihull Hospital, the Dr there was surprised and very complimentary about the professionalism of AL Aesthetics and said that I was very lucky to have gone there adding that he wasn't convinced that other practices would have acted in the same way.
I cannot recommend AL Aesthetics highly enough. Show less »
