I have always been a bit squeamish with needles, but fortunately the vitamin d injections were almost painless, so I am now ready for the cold season.

I received a course of B12 injections and I definitely feel an improvement in energy. I’m thinking of Vitamin D next now that winter is coming. The injection wasn’t bad at all which was a relief and the staff explained everything thoroughly and I felt perfectly cared for.
