I had a great experience at this clinic. I’ve tried a few places in London before, and this one is by far the best. Peter and Marni are professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting. I felt listened to and never rushed, which really put me at ease. Been coming here for years and Botox is always spot on no complaints there whatsoever. However they have now introduced weight loss jabs and at my last visit I was asked if I was okay with my weight. Been coming here for years and Botox is always spot on no complaints there whatsoever.
However they have now introduced weight loss jabs and at my last visit I was asked if I was okay with my weight. For clarity, I didn’t enquire about weight loss jabs I was just asked as I was leaving. My response to this was that it wasn’t okay to ask about my weight, they had also done it to another friend recently, quite honestly it’s rude and insensitive. Unfortunately there was no apology but a 10 minute defensive speech on how their customers don’t mind being asked about their weight, I beg to differ! I get Botox done to feel and look better so to be insulted about my weight as I left quite frankly left me feeling rubbish after giving them £200 of my money! Also I am healthy size 12, by no means obese and am well within a healthy BMI range so not sure with the new restrictions I should even be offered it!
So if you don’t mind your Botox with a side of insult then this is your place. Show less »

I’’ve experienced problems with receiving Botox prior to meeting Peter and Marni (heavy brows/eyelids) and I wasn’t sure I could have it successfully again. I am so glad I found them and visited their lovely treatment room! The worst decision ever. I wish I could turn back time.

Sadly, I came to this clinic in 2023 after reading the glowing reviews. As soon as the Botox kicked in, I knew it had been administered incorrectly. I was left unable to smile and my face completely expressionless.

Over two years later, I still have not regained the movement I previously had. My facial nerve has been damaged, evidenced by MRI, and I’ve been left with asymmetry and significant muscle weakness.

I understand that these things can happen, but my experience was not helped by the way Peter handled it when I complained; telling me ‘it’s not that bad’. I was given a full refund after he ‘had more time to think about it’, however I am writing this review now to highlight the risks to others. Perhaps I was unlucky, but this was the first time I had been treated here and after 10 years of excellent care by my previous practitioner, I’ve now been left with nerve damage and a smile that breaks my heart every time I look in the mirror.
