I had an IV drip at this clinic which was administered incorrectly and caused IV infiltration, where the fluid went into the tissue instead of the vein. My arm swelled up like a balloon within minutes of administration and I had to go to A&E.

Mistakes can happen, but what shocked me was that the clinic offered no apology, no refund, and not even a basic goodwill gesture for the experience.

I didn’t even leave a bad review at the time because I wanted to let it go and I felt bad for the nurse who was nice. But since then, I’ve been harassed with constant marketing emails, despite unsubscribing more than 30 times. It’s relentless and disrespectful, especially considering what happened.

It’s clear they have no regard for patients or basic customer respect. I absolutely would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for any sort of professional medical treatment.

Update: they are still bombarding me with calls about promotions. Insane work. Show less »

I have been going to 65 beauty for over a year even though I'm in Birmingham I won't look closer to home for an alternative as I think Paul, Bina and the team are the best 5 star treatment around. No cheap products, everything medical grade, medically trained practitioners. They don't try and upsell, they will never try and get you to have treatments you do... Show more »

No cheap products, everything medical grade, medically trained practitioners. They don't try and upsell, they will never try and get you to have treatments you don't need.

They will give professional advice with professional treatments with fair prices including some great offers and discounts and great aftercare service.

Thier aim is to make peoples life better. They have social media where you can watch treatments being performed with detailed explanations and open and honest discussions about all things aesthetics.
Thier transparency makes you feel safe booking your appointment and after the first visit you know you have found the right place. Show less »
