What I liked about Victoria other than her knowledge, professionalism and strict following of hygiene, was that she made me feel so at ease , takes you through each procedure clearly but most of all for me as a first timer was how natural I felt I looked. I had my first treatment with the very lovely Victoria today and left feeling absolutely delighted, I had eyebrow lamination and tint and lash lift and tint and I am thrilled with the results! The location is idyllic with parking in a peaceful but very accessible so that made it a super relaxing experience and what a lovely view! My treatment was not rushed... Show more »

I had my first treatment with the very lovely Victoria today and left feeling absolutely delighted, I had eyebrow lamination and tint and lash lift and tint and I am thrilled with the results!
The location is idyllic with parking in a peaceful but very accessible so that made it a super relaxing experience and what a lovely view!
My treatment was not rushed and involved detailed consultation to ensure I was 100% happy and I was not disappointed whatsoever!
Victoria was patient, professional, articulate and very polite and knowledgeable. Thank you to such a lovely lady for 5 ⭐ treatment!!
I will most definitely be returning!!

Victoria at BiBi Aesthetics was absolutely amazing! She talked me through the whole process from start to finish and made me feel really at ease the whole time. I had lip filler today for the first time, despite having a phobia of needles. Victoria was extremely kind and patient with me, and encouraged me throughout the process. I recently visited Victoria and she is so incredibly welcoming. We had a really thorough consultation, i initially wanted the aqualyx treatment however after our chat i decided it wasn’t for me. I went to to Bibi and met Victoria yesterday to have some Botox and a lip flip done, this is my first time having Botox so wasn't sure what to expect but Victoria is a lovely lady who puts you at ease and is very informative about the procedure you are having done, how it works and what to expect after, the procedure itself was completely painless and I've had no swelling or bruising at all. Victoria also explained other procedures I was interested in and gave me all the information that I needed and was very helpful. The clinic is a lovely calm and relaxing space in beautiful grounds and it was an absolute pleasure to meet Victoria, I will definitely be using this clinic again in the future.
