I attended the surgery for my first time yesterday. To start with it was an easy process to book in with a simple phone call and an appointment booked at my convenience. I attended the surgery for my first time yesterday.
To start with it was an easy process to book in with a simple phone call and an appointment booked at my convenience. I received a text message as a reminder and a reminder for the booking just a day before.
When visiting the surgery there were plenty of parking spaces and a nice warm welcome when I walked through the door.
A quick 5 minute wait , even though I was 10 minutes early and I was in the chair before my appointment time having a chat to Tony Taunk who listened and understood my needs and was super kind and recommended me different types of treatment to suit me and my budget.
Overall a really nice clean place with a lovely relaxed atmosphere which has been created for staff and customers, this is nothing like I’ve experienced at any of my other dentists which I’ve visited over the years.
