I have since started that plan, including a Botox treatment and a follow-up session. The follow-up was included, and Toni was insistent that I attend it. At previous clinics, follow-ups felt optional and were framed as something you only had if there was a problem, which made me feel uncomfortable asking for it. With Toni, the follow-up is considered essential, and she makes sure it happens - something I found extremely reassuring.
There was absolutely no hard sell at any point. The clinic itself is lovely, and the overall experience was very professional and relaxed. I also had Botox in an area I had never treated before, because Tony took the time to properly assess my face and talk through what I wanted to achieve. The results have been fantastic: my face looks brighter, my eyes look wider, and I am genuinely thrilled with the outcome.
I intend to return for additional facial treatments and am particularly interested in a facial peel, as I have noticed darker patches developing with age that I would like to reduce.
