I felt instantly welcome in the serene, beautiful surroundings of Dr Raquel’s clinic. I was warmly greeted by Natalie, and felt reassured by Dr Raquel’s warm, approachable manner, knowledge and professionalism.

Dr Raquel thoroughly explained not only the treatments that would address my immediate concerns such as polynucleotides, skin boosters and dermal fillers, but also how I could improve the health of my skin myself, through my home skin care regimen, diet and supplements.

We proceeded with a treatment plan to improve my skin texture and laxity, and I felt completely comfortable and relaxed in Dr Raquel’s skilled hands, and actively looked forward to my next visits, and the resulting glow!

Having finished my plan several months on, I am delighted with the visible improvements in my skin tone and texture and the definition of my lower face, and take a renewed pleasure in my skincare routine.

She recommended a polynucleotide treatment, which ended up making a huge difference—not just in the texture of my skin, but in how healthy it looks and feels overall. She also gave me some great advice on nutrition and how to look after my skin from the inside out.

From the moment I started speaking with Dr Raquel I knew she was the best person to help me with my bridal skincare journey before my wedding, her knowledge and professionalism is second to none and this made me feel so confident to go forward with a treatment plan with her. My main concerns were my under eyes, they were dark and hollow and my jowl and neck area. The consultation was very thorough with a skin analysis and 3D images to help us to choose a plan. Dr Raquel has helped to completely transformed these concerns I had by using a combination of treatments to boost my natural collagen production giving me a natural glow, firmer appearance and all over better skin texture and appearance. I now feel confident in my skin and know how to care for my skin at home with a proper skincare routine because of the knowledge Raquel has given me about what it needs to stay healthy. I couldn’t recommend Dr Raquel enough. I started seeing her over the summer because I’d noticed my skin had more static fine lines and generally looked dull and lacklustre, with frequent spots. I’d never really taken care of my skin before, so Dr Raquel recommended a series of treatments tailored to my concerns, age, lifestyle etc with all of the evidence and information I needed, as well as a new skincare regime that I can stick to. There was no pressure to try anything new, it was all presented for my own decision, at my own pace. After a few months, I can safely say my skin is the best it’s looked for a very long time - improved texture, no more spots and so much brighter and clearer. I’ve had so many compliments! It also helps that her whole team is great, Natalie especially goes above and beyond to make every visit a fabulous experience.
