The whole experience has been great, a straightforward booking, a thorough and informative consultation, a virtually pain free treatment and fantastic results.
The clinic is clean, modern and comfortable. Dr Pretty was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I didn't feel rushed with decisions or questions.

2nd Visit... had a Hydrafacial today with Wendy, an excellent treatment really made my dull skin feel skin, fresh and bright, Wendy talked me through all the stages and reassured me throughout, she was friendly and professional and I will look forward to booking another to get my skin in good condition after the winter months. I booked into the clinic to get advice for my hereditary 'smokers' lines (top lip) after being recommend by numerous friends. I wanted a solution that still made the area look natural but minus the lines. Pretty spent time talking me through the options and I felt very well informed and at ease due to her professional but relaxed approach to pre-treatment care. I am delighted with the look after my treatment and would highly recommend it.
