I’ve used someone else for years, but this was my first time going elsewhere and I was so impressed. The professionalism was second to none. The consultation was extremely thorough, covering everything from the product to the desired outcome and aftercare. I also really appreciated the honesty about what I did and didn’t need—something I’ve never experienced before. I was delighted with my treatment and equally happy with my follow-up appointment. I can’t recommend Paula at Alchemy highly enough.

Karen and Paula are exceptional at what they do. They have the highest standards of quality and professionalism, and are both lovely ladies who genuinely care about what they do, they listen, reassure and deliver amazing results. The clinic is beautiful and you really couldn’t be in better hands - 100% recommend!

I discovered Alchemy on my search to find someone who could help me with my skin. I have suffered acne since my early teens only ever having brief periods of respite from it. I had the worst flare up in September 2024 and could never get it under control. I went to Karen and Paula in May at my wits end. Karen thoroughly assessed me skin and prescribed me treatment. Within 3 weeks my skin was noticeably clearer! By the time I went back in July the visible acne had gone. I've now been given advice and prescribed maintenance skin care. Karen and Paula really care about getting the right course of skincare and treatment for you and really listen to your worries concern. Alchemy is my go to now!!

I was overwhelmed with the care and compassion shown by Paula after I was devastated by a choice I had made regarding my face a few weeks earlier at another clinic. Paula came to the rescue immediately putting me at ease with her abundant skill and knowledge , and basically 'fixed me.
