From the very beginning I was so pleased with how responsive she was, answering all my questions promptly, not making any pressure for me to book an appointment before I felt ready for it. That (together with Nitika's great reviews) gave me the confidence to go ahead with my treatment and I absolutely love the results! It's worth mentioning that while having the treatment done, it never felt rushed at all, Nitika kept me informed of what she was about to do and kept checking with me, to ensure things were done the way I wanted. I had other two skin treatments done by her since and I am just as happy with those. I do value her input whenever I'm in doubt about something - I never regret listening to her opinion, she has so much experience and knowledge, you just know you are in good hands! She took her time to understand exactly what I was hoping for, discussed shape and colour in detail, and explained every step so I knew what to expect.

What impressed me most was her attention to detail. She didn’t rush anything—she carefully mapped out the shape to suit my face and worked with such precision that I immediately knew I was in the right hands. The results are absolutely beautiful. My eyebrows look so natural, soft, and perfectly balanced. You wouldn’t even know they’re semi-permanent unless I told you!

Nitika also gave me clear aftercare instructions, which made the healing process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate how professional, calm, and knowledgeable she is, and how much pride she takes in her work.
