Fast forward to today and I have had a handful of treatments which have made a significant difference to the texture and appearance of my skin. Alongside that, Lucie continually offers amazing advice on everyday skincare to maximise results.

Lucie was so good at explaining everything and how to achieve my desired outcome, including options that she didn’t think were suitable for me, which I really appreciated. I was quite apprehensive but she made me feel really comfortable, and the results I have are subtle and natural like I wanted. I also experienced minimal to zero discomfort during treatment (lip filler and polyneucleotides) which was a pleasant surprise. The clinic is spotlessly clean and easily accessible.

But I have had a few microneedling facials with Lucie and can see dramatic results already! My scarring has improved so much. She also sat down with me and went through my skin care routine too which we have changed slightly to make sure I get best results (and no pressure from her to do this either fyi). I am a lady of a certain age and was worried about having filler in my lips, I have a small mouth and my lips have been disappearing over the years, also have lines around my mouth, was concerned I would look silly. Lucie is incredibly warm, calming and proffesional. I was completely at ease for my polynucleotides treatment after my initial consultation. She took her time to explain the product, how it works and outlined all of the required health and safety information. She listened to me and gave me plenty of time to digest the information and ask questions before we...

She took her time to explain the product, how it works and outlined all of the required health and safety information. She listened to me and gave me plenty of time to digest the information and ask questions before we proceeded.
For the treatment, her care and attention was absolutely fantastic. I felt calm and settled. I was totally numb and barely felt anything, but was given a little stress ball to squeeze which really helped! Out of all three treatments i only had one tiny bruise on one occasion which was easily covered by concealer. I'll definitely be back for my top ups.
