I have had laser hair removal with Lisa for several months and the results are truly amazing. Lisa put me at ease during our consultation with her caring personality but also her knowledge and experience of the treatments she provides. After the first couple of treatments the hair became finer and the growth slower. I am half way through my treatment and already in some areas the hair has stopped growing.
I wish I had done laser hair removal sooner because it has given me the confidence to hold my head up high. I trust Lisa completely to do her best for me and thats what makes the difference when looking for the right place to go for personal treatments.

If you’re in any doubt whether to book in at Bentley Brook Clinic - just do it! Lisa is wonderful. I have really bad reactions to insect bites which scar badly, can take over 6 months to heal. If you’re in any doubt whether to book in at Bentley Brook Clinic - just do it! Lisa is wonderful. I have really bad reactions to insect bites which scar badly, can take over 6 months to heal. They are also incredibly painful and itchy for long periods. I also have really sensitive skin which reacts to lots of things! My legs are particularly bad . I was really nervous about any treatments. Lisa was reassuring, caring, incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She reassured me, explained the treatment thoroughly, did trial test and helped manage my expectations and nervousness about treatment. I was truly amazed by the LED treatment. It has reduced swelling, massively reduced the itching and pain which has been so wonderful! It’s speeded up healing by months and even made the scars less noticeable. I’m always doing thing outdoors so will inevitably get more insects trying to feast on me! 🤣🙈 However having tried genuinely EVERYTHING in the past I will now just return to Lisa to sort me out. I had a prominent and dark bruise on my face that had happened 24 hours prior to visiting Bentley Brook Clinic for a treatment. I was unable to cover the bruise with make-up because it was so dark. While there Lisa suggested using the Celluma on it. CELLUMA IS A MIRACLE ! After less than 24 hours I was able to successfully cover the bruise with normal concealer. 48 hours later I was able to cover it with just a light foundation and 72 hours later the bruise has completely gone. I expected to have the bruise for at least 2 weeks. I am in shock and disbelief at how the bruise has disappeared within 3 days of the Celluma treatment, which incidentally is painless and completely relaxing! Show less »
