I had my first treatment with Laura today,I was very anxious but Laura really made me feel at ease she has such a lovely personality kind and friendly ,the procedure itself was minimal pain and was over in minutes i really had built my anxiety up for nothing ! I had my first treatment with Laura today,I was very anxious but Laura really made me feel at ease she has such a lovely personality kind and friendly ,the procedure itself was minimal pain and was over in minutes i really had built my anxiety up for nothing ! Laura had explained everything about what we were using side effects etc very knowledgeable!
What i want to praise Laura on most of all was after my injections I felt very faint and nauseous and knew I was nearly on the verge of fainting ,Laura was quick to lay me down raise my legs and supply water and a fan to settle me ,I felt safe in that moment with Laura knowing her nursing background, and she explained this was just my body reacting to the anxiety I had built up (blood pressure drop) Laura wouldn't let me leave until she knew I was 100% feeling better ,I was embarrassed my body betrayed me like that haha but laura was so full of reassurance and again knowledge on why my body reacted that way .
