I lost my NHS dentist due to not going for almost four years. So I was in search of a dentist. I chose Higher Lane Dental Practice as it is local to me and had very good reviews. I was very nervous. I lost my NHS dentist due to not going for almost four years. So I was in search of a dentist. I chose Higher Lane Dental Practice as it is local to me and had very good reviews.
I was very nervous. I can honestly say I was absolutely overwhelmed with the service. Jane made me feel very much at ease and did a thorough examination of my mouth gums and teeth. Even scanned my whole teeth and gums which I have never had done previously. I also had xrays too.
The following day I was with the hygienist kinga who was amazing. She explained every in detail to me and cleaned and polished my teeth. My teeth have never felt as clean. She then went on to explain exactly how to clean my teeth properly 😐 which I was not doing. Also how to clean in-between each tooth properly to get my gums in good order.
It is a week today since my first appointment and within days after the first visit my gums have stopped bleeding and the gums feel and look so much better. I am just waiting for my treatment plan now.
