Absolutely outstanding service. Kim is caring and attentive and genuinely interested in the quality of service she supplies to the client in front of her. In a world of average customer service Kim sets an exceptional standard. Would highly, highly recommend speaking as a new customer who she managed to fit into her very busy diary at short notice.

My times at Pulse Medispa are always spot on! Kim is extremely professional and lovely too. I have had many different treatments there and have been thoroughly satisfied with the results, in fact I think it’s fair to say she is a miracle worker and I’m very grateful for her 😊

Had my lips done last week by Kim.. I’ve had them done around 6 times before and it was only Kim that noticed my top lip was slightly crooked.. I’m very happy with the results my lips are now completely even and they are nice and full without looking fake and over done. I have had treatment for my scarring on my skin, Kim has been extremely helpful, professional and informative. I am really pleased with the results my skin is improving with each treatment, I even venture out without make up now.
