I have long term Bells Palsy, I'm over 60 and have a special engagement I have to attend with a photographer and video person, my worst nightmare. Have thought about having my eyebrows enhanced for a couple of years as they are very sparce. I chose Katy as first and foremost she is an artist and her works of art are stunning. I am overwhelmed with the results, from not wanting to look into a mirror to every opportunity taking a glance. I still have Bells Palsy but Katy and my new brows has given me confidence, I doubt I will ever like my image taken but at least my eyebrows are now symmetrical and look fantastic. I recommend the machine hairsrokes, I have followed her instructions to the letter and there is no scabbing just very natural looking brows, I wish I had this done years ago. Show less »

Katy has a very warm and friendly personality, and she put me at ease by explaining everything to me for the procedure I was having. I had nano brows with a combination of hair strokes and powder shading. She did my eyebrows beautifully, took her time, and I didn't feel rushed at all. Had the lovely experience of meeting Katy today. The reception area is lovely and calm which provides a relaxing period prior to treatment. Katy is very professional and is in the process of correcting my microbladed eyebrows. Which were done by another 'professional ' who left my eyebrows in a awful state. Katy is very professional and is in the process of correcting my microbladed eyebrows. Which were done by another 'professional ' who left my eyebrows in a awful state. Wrong colour - turning grey and blue, brush strokes to long, eyebrows not matching. Katy advised 2 or 3 sessions of removal prior to having them redone by herself. She checked it over and made sure she and I were satisfied, while reminding me that the colour would settle in a short time. It's only been 3 days and they are settling nicely.
