I had my first microneedling session with Kate, and the experience was fantastic.

Kate is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional, yet approachable and reassuring, which made me feel completely comfortable throughout. She explained every step of the process and continuously checked in to ensure I was at ease.

Since it was my first time, I became a bit concerned the day after seeing the results on my face. However, a quick email to Kate led to a phone call—despite it being her day off—where she kindly reassured me that everything was normal and encouraged me to follow her advice.

Now, a week later, I’m already loving the results and eagerly looking forward to my next session.

There was no pushy sales pitch to sell me the most expensive treatments. Kate discussed what she thought was best for my skin and talked me through the whole procedure. No rush and no pressure.
