Jo is very thorough when explaining the process, particularly post treatment (which is very important) and overall has made me feel extremely comfortable and I always look forward to each upcoming session. I visited FACE for the new Pulse Lift treatment and it was absolutely amazing. My face felt tighter straight away, I could actually see a noticeable difference immediately after my session. Had thermavein on my cheeks for extensive thread veins. One 30 min session for each cheek. After 3 weeks the results were aamazing. Jo was excellent. Going back soon for skin tag removal

I had the pleasure of two treatments this evening.first was with Charlotte for a much needed head massage especially after a horrendous migraine yesterday that was still slightly there today too. Safe to say my head feels clear now so thank you Charlotte!!

5 star service with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Every treatment I've had with Jo, Steph or Charlotte has been amazing. Jo and Steph are nurses which I find really reassuring throughout the whole process. They're kind and very reassuring with nervous patients like me!
