Honestly the staff are so friendly and the work done has been amazing and I’m extremely happy with the results, from the hygienist appt which was top notch and thorough not only because my teeth squeaky clean but recommended multiple ways to help improve my dental health, to the teeth whitening home kit which...

Can’t recommend perfect smile enough to anyone!! Honestly the staff are so friendly and the work done has been amazing and I’m extremely happy with the results, from the hygienist appt which was top notch and thorough not only because my teeth squeaky clean but recommended multiple ways to help improve my dental health, to the teeth whitening home kit which they provided which can completely transformed my smile. Lastly was my composite bonding day to close a gap in my front teeth and Dr Jas Sagoo done an amazing job. Honestly so happy with the results thanks for making me feel amazing!!

The consultation , the appointments , the helpful & friendly staff & most importantly Jas the most gentle & professional dentist you will ever meet !! For someone who dreads the dentist & worries about being uncomfortable & of course the pain we tend to associate with it , I can honestly say the whole experience was a pleasure , pain free , gentle & I got exactly what I had asked for & I’m extremely pleased with the results .

Everyone has been professional, patient, and reassuring throughout my treatment, which has made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely manageable. I always felt listened to and well looked after. I feel much happier with my teeth and now have better education on how to take care of my teeth.
I’m really grateful for the time, care, and attention shown at every appointment. It’s made such a difference to my confidence!

I have been with Perfect Smile, Hornchurch for over 40 years and have been looked after from reception to the dentist chair with dignity and care.

I had teeth straightening treatment and have been with them for about a year to complete it. Dr Jas was very clear in explaining all the procedures and also gave me helpful suggestions along the way.
I’m really happy with how my teeth look now compared to before the treatment. The change is significant, and I can now smile confidently with my mouth open.
What I really appreciated was that towards the end of the treatment, even when I was already happy with how my teeth looked, Dr Jas still took extra time to make sure everything was perfect. He wanted to be completely certain that the results were exactly right before finishing the treatment, which I really valued.
The nurses are very knowledgeable and friendly, and the receptionists are just as professional and welcoming. I always enjoyed chatting with them, and they made every visit a pleasant experience.
I would definitely recommend Perfect Smile Spa to anyone thinking about straightening their teeth. I might even come back for hygiene treatments in the future 😊 Show less »

Jas even arranged for me to meet the technician who was making my teeth, so he knew exactly what I wanted, as the temporary teeth I was given were not the best, which obviously caused me to worry. I was reassured that my final teeth would be absolutely fine, but I still worried for days. When I had my final crowns fitted, they looked brilliant and I am a very happy lady. Probably, like many others, I was thinking of going to Turkey to get them done, but I am so pleased I didn't, as I know if anything happened or went wrong, I would be looked after. Jas and team, thank you for being so patient me.
