On Thursday 30th January I went to see Helen for my first time of having Thermal and inch loss wrap. It may have been my first time but certainly won't be my last !! Helen made me feel totally at ease with her step by step explanation. The 45 minutes I was ' cooking' certainly did not feel like 45 minutes and I was surprised when I was told I was cooked !! But what totally took me by surprise was the 7 inches I had lost and how relaxed I felt. Thursday night was also one of the best nights sleep I've had in a long time lol.
Helen you are the best thing to come into our village for a long time. Long may you reign !! Queen of Pampering 👸💕xx

From the moment you step into Helen's salon she puts you at ease, which for me is very important and reassuring. The treatments I have had have all being heavenly and left me feeling so relaxed. The treatments I have had have all being heavenly and left me feeling so relaxed. The latest treatment was a very personal one for me. I have always hated the fact my eyelids were pretty much non existence the treatment gave me eyelids which opened up a whole new world for me.
I only recommend people who I have used and would use again myself. So on that note I would highly recommend Helen 100%.
