I have recently been having treatments at the Courtyard Aesthetic Clinic, after deciding to address my concerns regarding ageing skin. I could not have chosen a better clinic. Dr Hayley, Charlotte and Hayley have been absolutely incredible from the moment I first stepped through the door and received the warmest of welcomes. I have been expertly guided through all treatment options, and it is abundantly clear that the team’s primary motive is to put clients first and foremost, by providing a first class service.
After having a consultation with Dr Hayley, who is exceptionally knowledgeable in her field, I decided to combine NeoGen, Botox and filler, and I have been thrilled with the results! The effects have been subtle and natural, which is exactly what I was hoping for. As a consequence, I feel so much better in myself. And the fantastic thing about all of this is that Dr Hayley and her team are genuinely delighted too!

I’ve been so pleased with the results of all of my treatments at the clinic. The most recent was the Neogen experience. After two sessions I noticed a dramatic difference in my skin. I suffer with hormonal acne and since the second treatment the acne has completely disappeared. I find when applying makeup, especially foundation I get a much smoother, hydrated look. I can highly recommend Dr Hayley and her colleagues who offer a first class service from treatment to after-care. I’m always made to feel very welcome, and any questions I have are met with recommendations that truly suit my personal needs. Hayley on reception is so welcoming, friendly, and always offers me a drink when I arrive.
Dr Hayley is amazing , she makes me feel welcome, relaxed and very comfortable, each treatment carried out with great detail of what to expect during treatment and after and I have had fabulous results!

I went to The Courtyard Aesthetic Clinic for an IPL treatment for my sub-type 1 erythematotelangiectatic rosacea, which has left me with permanent redness, broken blood vessels, and spider veins. Covering it has always meant a thick layer of foundation—which I hate—so my hope with this treatment is to eventually go makeup-free. Fingers crossed!
The clinic is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the staff couldn’t have been lovelier. I was nervous at first, as I often imagine aesthetic clinics being for impossibly glamorous, well-groomed women—but I’m a slightly dishevelled, very ordinary, sweaty, menopausal woman of a certain age, so it felt intimidating. Dr Hayley Elsmore is incredible: knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and genuinely caring. She has a natural, gorgeous, glowing presence that immediately made me feel confident in her skill and in the results I could expect. She explained everything about the treatment clearly, showed me before-and-after photos of real patients, and never pressured me at any point.
The treatment itself was far more bearable than I expected. Dr Hayley guided me through every step, so there were no surprises, and I’m already seeing results from just my first session. Her enthusiasm is infectious, and it’s obvious she loves what she does and cares about her clients.
I can’t recommend The Courtyard enough and am already looking forward to trying their other treatments. Show less »
