Dr Harry was very patient and understanding, I explained that my husband has CPTSD and autism and where the wart needed to be removed is where his trauma was and we were concerned it might trigger a flashback (thankfully didn't) but Dr Harry was very empathetic, asking my husband what he needed, explained things in great detail prior and offered to do it in stages and would stop if he needed.
Dr Harry also did a little pre test on my husband's hand so he could know how it would feel before doing the wart on his head. Overall Dr Harry was amazing! He really settled my husbands nerves, kind and understanding, he really made him feel at ease.
