I am beyond pleased with the end result though. Gemma is a true artist. I have lost patches of eyebrows through the years and I'm also 50+ so my brows were fading and I was keen to have full, but natural looking brows. Honestly these are better than I'd dared to hope for. You can tell Gemma has trained well to carry out these procedures her studio and tools are spotless (you can tell I'm a nurse!!!)
I can not recommend Gemma highly enough, she's patient, professional and listens to what you ask for, there is no 'one size fits all'.
