Aesthetically Refined is an absolute gem and I’m so glad I found Gemma. I made contact with her and booked a consultation. She was so competent and made me feel so at ease. No hard sales or pushiness but an honest conversation what I would like to achieve with the treatment. She recommended polynucleotides and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. From the minute I turned up for my consultation Gemma made me feel instantly welcome and at ease. We sat and chatted about what had led me to contact her and there was no judgment, no "oh I think you need this and that doing", just listening and advice. What was really refreshing was there was no pushy sales pitch, no "shall we get it booked in now", she just gave me the information and left it up to me. The clinic is impeccable too.

Fast forward two weeks and I have just got home from my treatment. Again, I received such a warm greeting.

Once in the clinic, I told Gemma how I was feeling a nervous, she asked what I was feeling nervous about, stopped and sat down and talked me through everything again - within minutes I was calm and relaxed. Numbing cream on and we just sat and chatted about anything and everything while it did its thing and it was such an easy conversation. When the treatment was over and Gemma handed me the mirror, I got a bit emotional because I didn't expect the results to be instant and she was straight over with a hug.

Would I recommend Gemma and Aesthetically Refined? Absolutely I would, 100%.

Doing my aesthetics with Gemma has to be the best decision I’ve ever made. She clearly has a passion for her job and cares more about the harmony of my face than pushing unnecessary treatments that wouldn’t serve me well.
