It's clear that honesty, transparency and continuous professional development are highly valued, along with taking a holistic, individualised approach to treatment. Fiona consistently demonstrates that she is thinking about what is best for me as an individual, rather than selling towards a certain product or procedure, which I have experienced in the past. I have been to 2 GPs who also practice aesthetics before as I've been concerned about safety and felt that as GPs they would be more practiced and experienced, however following some upsetting experiences, it is clear that is not the case.

Fiona demonstrates a clear knowledge of anatomy and your understanding of up to date research and trends, and this means that her treatment suggestions are appropriately tailored, rather than blanket suggestions as I've had before.

Fiona's customer service skills are also fab, she is calm, unhurried and gives the impression she genuinely cares, and it's clear that she, and by extension Exult value professionalism, honesty and overall results.

Fiona makes you feel very comfortable from start to finish. She answers all questions in full detail and explains things so you understand, you can tell she has passion for what she does. I also like how honest Fiona is with what you can/can’t achieve and also with the fact she says no if it’s not needed. I’ve started my skincare with Fiona and after 3 months I can tell a big difference. I look forward to carrying on my skincare journey with Fiona and future treatments.
I’ve also had botox with Scott and wow the results are amazing! He’s so friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. He listens to exactly what you want.

The clinic itself is beautiful clean and easy to access which makes every visit simple and stress free The standard of care and the quality of treatments are exceptional and the results have exceeded my expectations
