I had an appointment with Arnica Aesthetics Clinic and from the moment I stepped into Ensi’s clinic I felt comfortable and at ease. Ensi was lovely and explained everything fully about the treatment I was having. I had some concerns and she made sure I felt at ease before going ahead with the micro needling. She is very professional and amazing at what she does. When I was having the treatment she kept asking me if I was comfortable and ok which was really nice. It was my first time and I will definitely be going back for other treatments as my experience was great with her. Thank you so much Ensi for making me feel so comfortable and for being so lovely.
