I find Emma to be extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled and actually interested in providing tailored treatments to each person. The clinic is beautiful and she welcomed me and put me at ease from the first appointment. Emma explains everything in detail, checks in with you and includes you in the process. I have always been self conscious about my smile but didn’t want to jump straight to filler so opted for a lip flip. I cannot recommend Emma enough! I was completely put at ease from the minute I arrived.
I have always been self conscious about my smile but didn’t want to jump straight to filler so opted for a lip flip. The first time I had this done was a few weeks before my wedding and after a chat with Emma I opted for a slightly reduced amount as it was close to the wedding and the first time getting it done. I was so happy with the results and it was the genuine care and personal approach that made me go back again! Second time back last week and again…couldn’t be happier.

This was my second time with nurse Emma . I wasn’t entirely sure of what I wanted but I had a rough idea . Emma has such a lovely way and is always so polite and full of kind words. Her patience and understanding always shines through. She genuinely cares and only recommends what she thinks would be a good fit for you, nothing unnecessary! I am very happy with my outcome so far as I didn’t want to change my look, only to soften harsh areas about my self and Emma accomplished just this ! These treatments can seem quite scary but Emma’s soft kind voice and gentle touch is comforting and as painless as it can be !
