Emily also ensured I was aware of all the aftercare etc and ran through it during my treatment as well as sending follow up emails, she is really responsive when booking appointments too. I am absolutely over the moon with the results from my shortwave diathermy treatment. It completely got rid of my (what I thought were permanent) red spots on my face (Cherry Angiomas).
