Chen is professional, friendly, has super high standards and puts safety and comfort first. She puts you at ease whilst being realistic about how things may feel physically. Her space gives minimalist, East London chic out in Herts.
Importantly, Chen has never ever commented on anything, or recommended anything that I haven't already enquired about, so I don't feel at all self conscious. I feel she also senses how talkative you're feeling and takes your lead with that.
