My Experience at Beau Clinic – 3D Hairstroke Brows by Charmaine
From the callback all the way through to my next‑day appointment, I felt impressed and well looked after. The salon itself—stylish, impeccably clean—gave clear evidence that the clinic and owner take real pride in their work.
I was welcomed with a light drink while filling out the paperwork, which immediately helped me settle in.
When Charmaine came over, she introduced the process, talked me through what to expect—it felt warm, professional, and reassuring from the start.
Though the procedure involves delicate tattooing, it was almost painless—just a little tingling, never uncomfortable. Charmaine regularly applied numbing cream, which really helped. I felt relaxed throughout and fully confident in her skill.
What I especially loved: as someone with no previous tattoos, was Charmaine marked up my brows first—with the option to tweak the shape beforehand—so I felt totally in control and safe before anything was done.
Yes, the session takes a couple of hours (typical for high‑precision semi‑permanent brows) but it was worth every minute. I could just relax in her careful, artistic hands.

Wonderful experience. My first ever treatment, semi permanent eyebrows with Charmaine and I'm thrilled with the results. Very professional but friendly service, spotlessly clean and I was made to feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

Beau Clinic at Evegate, Ashford is very nice environment to have any procedures. It is very professional and I feel confident that my new eyebrows are going to look amazing and not too dark which was my main concern. Charmaine is very personable and obviously very good at her job. Can highly recommend.

Brilliant experience, for semi-permanent eyebrows with Charmaine. I was quite nervous, as eyebrows are an important part of a persons face and character. Everything was explained at every step. I am very happy, and as explained whilst now they appear slightly darker than my natural colour, after a short time they will be a perfect match.
