I have visited Bex over the last year for multiple treatments and I genuinely couldn't be happier.
She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to thoroughly explain all of the treatments available, answering any questions I have with patience and professionalism. Prior to moving to the area I had had treatments elsewhere that I wasn't 100% happy with, Bex went through all of my options and at no point did I feel like she was trying to get me to spend money or push any additional treatments onto me (something I have had happen before). Every treatment I have had has been virtually painless, and I base a lot of this around the fact that Bex makes me feel so comfortable and at ease - my appointments feel like going to see a friend and her wealth of ever expanding knowledge shines through in the results.
