I was lucky to be chosen for a dermaplaning facial on the nomination competition. All I can say is wow what an amazing experience from start to finish. From communication to treatment everything was done so friendly and welcoming, but mainly professionally. The salon was spectacularly clean and I felt very comfy considering covid. All the right checks where done prior to my visit which spoke volumes in itself on how clean safe and professional Amy is. Customer service was second to none and the treatment well my face feels and looks amazing! I felt so comfortable and able to be myself throughout, this alone for me was amazing. The warm and friendly welcome I received and the treatment was A*. I'm not one to treat myself but now I want to book another with Amy already! highly recommend to anyone and what a fab salon! If I could give Nulux more than 5 stars I really would! Amy is so professional and knowledgeable. She is super friendly and makes you feel at ease right away. What can be quite daunting, Amy's professionalism, work ethics and personality instantly made me feel at ease. I have been to Amy a couple of times for botox and the vampire facial. Amy really is the best at what she does. What can be quite daunting, Amy's professionalism, work ethics and personality instantly made me feel at ease. I was slightly anxious especially with the vampire facial as suffering with rosacea, acne and being on prophylaxes antibiotics for it, I was worried about it hurting and/or going wrong however, I can not praise her enough.
