I was unsure what to expect, as previously I tried the different specialists from the different salons for the last couple of years, but unfortunately the outcome never reached my expectations.
Alexandra was extremely professional, she is a doctor and before the treatment she provided me with the detailed information of the product, my muscle structure and how the procedure will work specifically in my case.
I always knew that my face's muscles are very strong, and the facial muscles structure is complicated as well. However, Alexandra's individual approach made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I fully trusted her to do the job, and I am very happy that I finally found the specialist, who can help me to go through the age - related changes beautifully.
I would highly recommend Alexandra as the professional with the individual approach to each client, she is very friendly and kind manners as well.

I’m currently half way through my laser hair removal with Alexandra , and I’m so happy with my results ! After 5 sessions I can see such a difference I have patches with no hair and it’s so smooth. I would definitely reccomend booking in with Alexandra she’s so gentle and makes you feel calm the whole time!

I have had ten sessions of full body laser hair removal with Alexandra and I’m very happy with the results! For me, it has almost got rid of the hair completely and I don’t have to shave that often at all. Even when the hair does grow back, it’s very patchy and fine so is much easier to shave than before. I’ve been coming to this clinic for my chemical peel sessions, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about Alexandra. She is such a wonderful, welcoming, and genuinely kind person. From the very first session, she explained everything to me in a very simple and clear way, which helped me fully understand what was going to happen and what results I could realistically expect.
Alexandra makes every session feel comfortable and positive the vibe is always great, and I genuinely enjoy coming in for my treatments. She is very knowledgeable and clearly very good at what she does when it comes to chemical peels.
In terms of results, after around five sessions I have seen some improvement in my skin, especially with my acne marks, but the results haven’t been as dramatic as I personally expected. I do still have acne marks, although they have improved slightly over time.
Overall, I really appreciate Alexandra’s care, honesty, and professionalism, and I would definitely recommend her for anyone considering chemical peels, especially if you value being well informed and looked after throughout the process. Show less »
