I hate to leave a negative review because I don’t want to taint a business, but unfortunately I have to say something this time as my skin is so sore. I was interested in knowing more about dermaplaning as it’s something I have been considering for a while to get the peach fuzz off my face. I got told that it’s the worst thing to get due to the regrowth and to try waxing instead. So on a whim I decided to get it done at the same time whilst I was already getting my eyebrows waxed. My skin had flared up in a spotty rash that’s itchy and very sore. I didn’t get told that this might happen, no aftercare guidelines or anything. Just that it will make my face look more snatched. I’m very disappointed in this as now I feel very insecure as I can’t cover it up with makeup or anything just incase it gets worse. It’s been 48hours now and it’s still so itchy and sore. It should be common sense and mandatory to give advice on risks and possible outcomes on any treatment. I would now never get waxing again and won’t be visiting the salon again now either which is a shame because the staff are lovely. Show less »

Had an absolutely amazing hot stones massage by Fiona, she was so friendly, knowledgeable and made the treatment personal to your body needs. I walked out feeling like a new woman! Best massage I've ever had and I'll definitely be coming back

My nails were damaged by a nail technician from another salon. When I saw Autumn she suggested nurturing my nails for several months before having a full manicure, and I’m so glad I listened. I finally had them done last week and have had loads of compliments about my nails. I can’t thank you enough, Autumn, you’ve been amazing. Highly recommend.

Had my nails done before going on holiday. Wonderful service and lovely ladies to natter to! My french polish lasted over a week (not gel) so I’m delighted and will definitely use Yatton Beauty Room again!
