I got the worst lash lift I've ever received here and do not recommend. I've had many lash lifts before which result in very curled lashes, however my lashes look about the same after my treatment here. I emailed the clinic and did not receive a response. I followed the aftercare instructions. When I looked in the mirror immediately after treatment, I said it was hard to see a difference. They said I'd notice the difference with mascara on, but I haven't.

Additionally, the technician's phone was going off repeatedly throughout the appointment and they paused the music to listen to videos on their phone. Not a relaxing environment. They were also handling their phone while wearing nitrile gloves, then went back to the treatment, which is unhygienic. Very unprofessional.

Update: my lashes are falling out and they are bent in an L-shape. I've never had lashes fall out after a lift and am worried about the damage this has done (see attached). Definitely will never go back.

In response to the owner's comment: I was NEVER told there was a problem with my lash length or that the service may not work as well. I have long lashes and have had many lifts, this is the only time I've seen zero visible difference and had damaged lashes. I incurred extra expenses to try to repair my lashes that were falling out in large amounts after my service. This should not happen. As mentioned in my original review, I told them it was hard to see a difference in the mirror. They said I'd be able to see it with mascara, which was not true. Lastly, they said I should have communicated with them - I sent them an email which they ignored. All they've done is lied or placed blame upon me despite following aftercare instructions. To say they're unprofessional is an understatement, extremely poor service. Couldn't recommend this place less. Show less »

I absolutely love coming every month to do my hair removal treatments. Yasamin is amazing at her work and she’s very friendly. I recommend laser treatments to every young women and to do it at Yasamin laser clinic. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Firstly, Yasamin is great, friendly and very professional. She listened to my concerns and discussed the treatment with me at the beginning while giving me honest and realistic expectation of the results that can be achieved. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Firstly, Yasamin is great, friendly and very professional. She listened to my concerns and discussed the treatment with me at the beginning while giving me honest and realistic expectation of the results that can be achieved. The results have been amazing following only a few sessions and much better than I ever expected!!! The treatment is faster, more comfortable and effective than other hair removal methods that I have tired. The place is really clean and the prices are great.
