Had been going regularly to receive eyebrow waxing and during my last treatment, a chunk of my eyebrow was very clearly waxed off and the beautician performing the treatment claimed that I entered like that and continued to gaslight me to believe so, although I simply knew this was not the case. She claimed I should keep an eye on this area of lost hair because it could be a case of “dermatitis” or the way I sleep at night, when in reality it was a mistake made by her which she simply could not admit. I had the area looked into by a dermatologist due to the panic/fear of losing a part of my eyebrow for them to also verify that it is the clear product of hair being ripped from the root, as it would do with waxing. Mistakes happen and it is not the end of the world, and I would have much appreciated being told the truth opposed to being gaslit into thinking I’ve got a health condition occurring. I will definitely not be returning due to their poor taste of how they deflected this and do not recommend this experience for others. Show less »

Her attention to detail is unmatched and she tailors each session to the look I want as well as what would suit my eye shape best.
