Everyone at the practice is friendly, professional and kind. The Reception team have been amazing, putting up with my cancellations (due to illness). Everyone at the practice is friendly, professional and kind. The Reception team have been amazing, putting up with my cancellations (due to illness). On my first appointment, everything was explained to me throughly. A few days before I went, the tooth I was having pain with, broke and fell out. I needed a crown, so Guy prepared my other teeth and put the post in. Then he kindly put a temporary crown in, so I didn't have a gap in my front teeth. I recently experienced a dental emergency when a 12-year-old tooth implant, placed by a previous dentist, became wobbly and painful. I contacted Vitality Dental Care in Northallerton, and despite their busy schedule, the receptionist/surgery assistant kindly arranged an emergency appointment for me without delay.

Upon arrival, I was seen by Haytham, the dental surgeon, who took an X-ray and immediately identified the issue. With a calm and confident approach, he administered a local anaesthetic and swiftly removed the failed implant. The relief was immediate, and I was amazed at how quick and painless the entire process was. Even after the anaesthetic wore off, I experienced no pain or discomfort whatsoever.

From start to finish, the service was efficient, professional, and truly compassionate. Haytham also arranged a follow-up appointment to discuss further care, which gave me complete peace of mind.
