I had my first appointment last week for a 1ml chin filler, which should ideally take a maximum of 30 minutes. However, it lasted an hour and a half. Ms. Aram spent the first hour talking about other treatments, despite me mentioning three times that I’m often too tired to even remove my makeup at night, and I’m not interested in facials. She insisted on these discussions, which felt overwhelming.
After half an hour was spent on forms and numbing, she finally injected only half a ml at her own suggestion, telling me to come back in 2–3 weeks for the rest. That half ml made no visible difference in my face.
I booked the follow-up for the remaining half ml at 5:30 a week later. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception. After waiting 10 minutes, I rang the bell and Ms. Aram came out, saying she had a client and would finish in 20 minutes. I told her I was in a rush and reminded her my appointment was at 5:30. She said she’d try to wrap up quickly.
By 6:00, I rang the bell again and explained I truly couldn’t wait any longer. She responded angrily, asked me to come in, and left her previous client waiting outside. She told me—with clear irritation—that my appointment was supposed to be 1.5 hours long (as if I should just wait), and that I had booked incorrectly, even though there was no option on the website for “half a ml” filler.
She also questioned why I came back now instead of in 2–3 weeks. Without any apology and in a rushed, rude manner, she injected the filler in less than 2 minutes, without even massaging it in.
Also, I have to mention that both times I visited, there were used pads and leftover injection materials from the previous client still on the trolley when I was asked to lie down. This is extremely unprofessional and raises serious hygiene concerns.
I just want to say—everywhere else, injecting 1 ml of filler takes 20–30 minutes maximum. Why are you booking 1.5 hour appointments just to spend the first hour promoting your other services? Why waste your clients’ valuable time with marketing pitches? With this kind of experience, most people will come once and never look back.
