I’m very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I had Botox treatment done, but unfortunately I saw no results at all. When I asked which Botox brand was being used, I did not receive a clear response and felt my question was ignored over text and in person (proof attached).

When I later raised concerns about the lack of results, I was told that a “weaker” product had been used and was advised to try someone who uses a stronger brand. This was frustrating, and it would have been far more helpful to mention this before taking my money and starting the treatment.

Apparently, I am not the first person this has happened to, as others have also mentioned having negative experiences with this clinic.

Overall, this was a waste of money, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic. Show less »

Very very clean. The salon smells lovely. The technician’s hands smelled clean also. My eyelashes were properly washed and there was no sign of redness or stinging which was a pleasant relief. Very very clean. The salon smells lovely.

My eyelashes were properly washed and there was no sign of redness or stinging which was a pleasant relief.
Easy to get to, parking available.
Very reasonable pricing
Staff well presented and welcoming

I had a lash lift, sadly they did not lift as expected, but i have been told my lashes are stubborn in the past.

Amazing experience! Clean and welcoming clinic, with friendly, warm and chatty staff. Karolina is an artist! she takes so much pride in her work and business. I went in for jaw and chin filler, I felt that later in the day it didn't quite suit my face so she booked me in very next day and dissolved some of the filler free of charge. She asked me back for a follow up a few days later to check I was happy with everything which I was! There are so many skin and body treatments she offers, I definitely will return. Thankyou!
