On the 7th oct 2024 I had a consultation with Claudia, where I shared my concerns and explained the tablets I’ve been taking for years, which have never interfered with treatments before. She proceeded with the treatment, but I wasn’t happy with the results on my chin. She assured me the swelling would subside. During the session, the doorbell rang (her door is kept locked), and she left me lying with an uncovered needle to attend to another client who needed vitamin injections. When she returned, she resumed my treatment. She denies this, claiming she maintains a clean environment, but I saw otherwise.
Three weeks later, I went for a Botox top-up. Claudia didn’t clean my forehead before injecting it twice and insisted the yellow marks on my cheeks were just bruising. Over the following weeks, I repeatedly messaged her about my concerns, including that my chin appeared uneven and my cheeks were still yellow. She blamed the tablets I take and claimed everything would improve once the swelling went down. When I suggested she had injected the wrong area, she insisted she knew what she was doing, stating she’s an expert and even teaches others.
After seven weeks, my face has improved slightly, but my cheeks are still yellow, one is higher than the other, and there are noticeable bumps. There’s no sign of filler in my jawline, and photos taken before the treatment show little change except for my chin, which now appears turned up and makes my face look gummy. Claudia refuses to see me to review her work and claims I’m trying to con her. She says she has filed a case with her solicitor, but nothing has come of it.
She provided a summary of the procedures she claims to have done:
Tear troughs treated with a cannula (Teosyal Redensity 2)
Cheeks: 2ml via cannula (apples of the cheeks)
Jawline: 4ml via cannula
Chin: 1ml to the bone (Aessoa Deep filler)
This supposedly cost a lot. Despite her reassurances, I’m left with uneven cheeks, yellow discoloration, and a gummy appearance. I feel extremely self-conscious, and people have stared at my yellow cheeks for weeks. Claudia insists her work is high-quality, but she refuses to address my concerns, denies leaving needles unattended, and says she didn’t attend to another client mid-treatment. I’ve asked her multiple times to reassess the results, but she has continued to dismiss me.

no certificates on the wall like all salons have
she is a lier and said she taking me to court for slander ???
has deleted me and the 3 of her account on facebook there are 2 on there now why have different accounts

I have had no life cant go out as i feel so bad ..she is so rude and will NOT admit her mistakes ...I have reported to her to the JCCP and AVMA and health and safety Show less »

Over the years I have had my lips, cheeks, Botox , chin & jaw. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch my face . She is professional from beginning to end .
