I booked in for a lymphatic drainage facial — my first time trying this treatment — and the whole experience was amazing! The booking process was super smooth, and the staff were very accommodating. The products Samantha used were high quality, and the glow and results were absolutely impeccable. The procedure was so relaxing that I nearly fell asleep! The vibe was so calming, and the place was spotless and fresh. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough!

Absolutely TERRIBLE business. No answer from their phones. No answer from the door. Took 6 weeks to reply to an email only to be told they do NOT do Groupon vouchers.
So?
Take yourselves OFF IT THEN!!!!!!!!
I would not recommend them to ANYONE, shocking customer service and totally unreliable.
Their products may be brilliant but hey? Never got to find out

My first visit today, I have to say, the salon is lovely as was my therapist Samantha.
I had the Lymphatic Facial & Indian Head massage, it was 11/2 hours of luxury, probably the best facial I have ever had.
My skin feels amazing and I am so relaxed, I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

I would recommend Vanilla, all the staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and put you at ease. They explain everything in detail and help you with all the aftercare. Pay alot of attention to detail to get you the best results and recommend treatments that are best suited to you.

The best facials in South Manchester, I love my regular visits to Vanilla & Co - the whole experience with Samantha is so relaxing and leaves your face super fresh. I've also had treatments by nurse Jess and she is so professional and knowledgable I felt in very safe hands, would highly recommend.
